Cooking Red Meat and Pork
Red meats and pork have a higher fat content than poultry and require different cooking methods.
You will generally want to preheat your skillet and sear these meats to retain optimal flavor. Please cook at least 2 of the recipes below:
Instructions
1) Preheat unit on medium-high until water beads when you flick it in the unit (450 on electric skillet).
2) Flip meat when it releases and is golden brown and cook as directed.
