Tilapia Bake

Ingredients
- 2 to 5 Fresh Tilapia or Orange Roughy Filets (Any light tasting fish will do)
- 1 to 2 Green or Red Bell Peppers (Thinly Sliced)
- 1/8 tsp Ground Paprika (Optional for extra color)
- 1/8 tsp Ground Oregano
- 1 Medium Tomato (thinly sliced)
- 1 to 2 Lemons (Thinly Sliced)
Instructions

Place the cold fish fillets in an appropriate sized skillet depending on number of fillets you are cooking. Next, sprinkle a light dusting of the oregano and paprika over the fillets and place the pepper, tomato and lemon slices on top.


Open the valve. Place the lid on the unit.

Turn Cook-top to Medium heat.

When it whistles, turn off burner and let fish stand in the pan for 5 to 8 minutes.

Place the fillets on plates and serve!
