Southwest Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 – 12 oz Tub of Cottage Cheese
  • 1 – 24 oz Jar of Pasta Sauce
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 6 Frozen Chicken Tenders
  • 1 Clove of Minced Garlic
  • 4 oz of Pepper Jack (Cheese cut on #2 Blade)
  • 1 – 10oz Can of Rotel Tomatoes
  • 16 oz of Uncooked Spiral or Elbow Noodles (brown rice pasta is healthier)

Unit: Large Skillet or Electric Skillet

Instructions

Combine the garlic and the chili powder in the cottage cheese container.

In a cold skillet, layer based on the diagram.

1. Open the valve. Place the lid on the unit.

2. Turn the Cooktop to Medium heat.

3. When it whistles, cook on low for 20 minutes. (225° on E.S.)
