Ingredients
- 1 – 12 oz Tub of Cottage Cheese
- 1 – 24 oz Jar of Pasta Sauce
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 6 Frozen Chicken Tenders
- 1 Clove of Minced Garlic
- 4 oz of Pepper Jack (Cheese cut on #2 Blade)
- 1 – 10oz Can of Rotel Tomatoes
- 16 oz of Uncooked Spiral or Elbow Noodles (brown rice pasta is healthier)
