Cooking with Ground Turkey or Chicken

Ground turkey or Ground chicken has very little fat so it must be cooked more gently.

Unit: Large Skillet or Electric Skillet



Place ground meat into a cold skillet and turn on medium-high heat (375° on the electric skillet).

Stir until done (about 5 minutes).

Add plenty of extra seasoning because Poultry is more bland than Beef or Pork.
