Chipotle Cranberry Turkey


  • Whole Turkey Breast
  • 2 Cups Dried Cranberries
  • 2 Cups Orange Juice
  • 2 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar

Unit: 2 Qt. Saucepan & 8 Qt. Roaster


Homemade Chipotle Cranberry Sauce

Place all ingredients (except Turkey Breast) into the 2 quart saucepan and cover. Turn the burner to medium heat and open the valve on the lid.

Once the valve activates, turn it to closed and reduce to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Whole Turkey Breast

Place the turkey breast skin side down in a cold unit. Pour the sauce over the turkey.

Open the valve. Place the lid on the unit.

Turn the Cook-top to Medium heat.

When it whistles, cook on Med-Low for 1.5 to 2 hours.

**If valve keeps whistling, reduce the heat just a bit.

Remove the turkey from the unit and shred or slice. Serve the turkey with the sauce over it.
