Cooking with Ground Red Meat
Instructions
Add 2” water into the 4qt and turn on medium-high heat. Place Steamer insert within the 4qt.
Rotate the valve on the lid to the open position. Place the meat into the steamer and cook on medium-high heat until done. If the whistle activates continually, crack the lid open partially.
Season the meat after it has finished cooking. The steam will help dissolve the seasoning.
